5. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. To do so, please follow these steps:

Send an email to our support team at deletion.request@bigberri.com.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
In the body of the email, please include the email address associated with your Learn AI account so we can identify it.

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account and all personal data associated with it, including your name, email address, and learning progress. This action cannot be undone. We do not retain any personal data after deletion.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or until you request its deletion.

7. Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use third-party services like Clerk that follow industry best practices for security, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
